Sheri Holstege
Sheri is responsible for financial and accounting operations, client relations, and business development. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 1991. Her experience includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial and warehouse properties, owner-occupied facilities, commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, site condominiums, and multi-family developments. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Sheri is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Zeeland and a Board Member for the Zeeland Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Community Action Agency Board.
Claire Kryger - Property Manager
Claire is responsible for the daily operations of her portfolio and training of new employees. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 2001. Her experience includes office buildings, retail centers, owner-occupied facilities, commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, site condominiums, and multi-family developments. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University. Claire is licensed as Real Estate Salesperson. She served as the Treasurer for Hoekstra for Congress and Bookkeeper for Hoekstra for Governor.
Rory Kruithoff - Property Manager
Rory is responsible for the daily operations of his portfolio and website administration. He has worked in the real estate management industry since 2009. His experience includes office buildings, retail centers, commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, site condominiums, and multi-family developments. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. Rory is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson.
Lindsay Milanowski - Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Lindsay is responsible for supporting our team as she trains for a career in property management. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 2011 and has five years of customer service experience. Her current training includes office buildings, retail centers, owner-occupied facilities, commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, and site condominiums. She studied at Davenport University and is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson.
